Rejoindre le Groupe pr\u00e9sente de nombreux avantages. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plusieurs primes et un plan de carri\u00e8re unique<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afin de renforcer l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 et fid\u00e9liser les salari\u00e9s sur les emplois en tension, des accords ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9s avec quatre organisations syndicales repr\u00e9sentatives, d\u00e9bouchant sur des conditions de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration pour le moins attractives : parmi elles, une prime d\u2019arriv\u00e9e de 3000 euros bruts pour tous les infirmiers, \u00e0 laquelle s\u2019ajoute une allocation d\u2019installation de 1800 euros bruts pour les infirmiers anesth\u00e9sistes et de bloc op\u00e9ratoire, seront offertes aux nouvelles recrues. Une prime de parrainage de 1000 euros bruts sera \u00e9galement attribu\u00e9e \u00e0 tout collaborateur aidant \u00e0 recruter un infirmier. Enfin, des primes exceptionnelles sont r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement vers\u00e9es en sus (COVID, pouvoir d\u2019achat) pour accompagner au mieux nos infirmiers tr\u00e8s impliqu\u00e9s dans un contexte fluctuant.<br>En parall\u00e8le, le Groupe propose des plans de carri\u00e8re attractifs : des parcours innovants, diversifi\u00e9s, li\u00e9s \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tence et \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 instaur\u00e9s pour que chaque salari\u00e9 soit en mesure d\u2019\u00e9voluer au sein des services. Ainsi, \u00e0 titre d\u2019exemple, une infirmi\u00e8re d\u00e9butant aux urgences va acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de soins critiques qu\u2019elle pourra ensuite mettre en \u0153uvre en r\u00e9animation. La volont\u00e9 est d\u2019adapter les parcours de chaque candidat, une d\u00e9marche innovante par rapport \u00e0 celle adopt\u00e9e par les autres groupes hospitaliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De fait, la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration prendra en compte les comp\u00e9tences, une fa\u00e7on novatrice de consid\u00e9rer la progression salariale au-del\u00e0 du seul crit\u00e8re de l\u2019anciennet\u00e9 ayant cours dans les \u00e9tablissements publics. Des responsables RH, pr\u00e9sents sur les diff\u00e9rents p\u00f4les, sont en charge de ce d\u00e9veloppement et de l\u2019accompagnement de la mise en \u0153uvre de ces process.<br>Le budget formation a enfin \u00e9t\u00e9 fortement accru, atteignant d\u00e9sormais 3% de la masse salariale, afin d\u2019accompagner le personnel dans des formations dipl\u00f4mantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bien-\u00eatre et innovation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019environnement de travail, essentiel, se veut r\u00e9solument humain et bienveillant au sein de l\u2019institution, quels que soient le site ou les services.<br>Des parcours d\u2019int\u00e9gration ont ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 formalis\u00e9s, pour mieux encadrer chaque soignant dans ses fonctions. De m\u00eame, pour renforcer le bien-\u00eatre, la \u00ab Bulle du Personnel \u00bb permet aux salari\u00e9s de se ressourcer et de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un temps de r\u00e9pit, tant \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4pital Paris Saint-Joseph qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4pital Marie-Lannelongue. Cette dimension humaine et bienveillante est pr\u00e9sente de longue date : 84% des salari\u00e9s se disent satisfaits de l\u2019organisation de leur travail et 90% recommandent l\u2019\u00e9tablissement \u00e0 leurs proches pour se faire soigner ou venir travailler. Des aides au logement, via notamment des propositions d\u2019h\u00e9bergement, et une cr\u00e8che d\u2019\u00e9tablissement aux horaires \u00e9tendus (celle de l\u2019H\u00f4pital Marie-Lannelongue ouvrira en 2024) constituent d\u2019autres atouts pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9s par les \u00e9quipes.<br>Enfin, le Groupe Hospitalier Paris Saint-Joseph affiche sa volont\u00e9 d\u2019innover \u00e0 tous les niveaux : locaux, mat\u00e9riel, organisation, conditions de travail.
